Last day to have fun in Hk cos we were flyin' off the next morning. I went with fi's mum to buy the pastries to bring home. 老婆饼 & eggtarts! [ohman, imdroolingasiwritethis 好好吃!*hou hou sek ah!] and then thats how Hkongers do their fresh marketing on the extreme right.
in the noon, it was down to manda, fi & i. which was good too.and we went to Central in search of good stuff @ Pedder's St. but got disappointed. Caught a glimpse of the place where the rich and famous hungout. Nearby was Lan Kwai Fong 兰桂坊. Right out from the MTR is this HUGE Louis-Vuitton. Uphill was more shops & buildings. which made us go "wah" in unison under our breaths. BUT where did we end up @? Starbucks. You guys dont really think that manda could survive so many days without her starbucks right. Then we proceeded to Causeway Bay 铜锣湾 by tram (i love the trams cos its makes everything so vintage) ,which is like our town where the youngster loitered at after school. We went to this trendy mall which sells all the cool stuff but out of my budget. I got a cheap pair of flats though!
(@ Central: uphill.upmarket.)
(fi's humsup face.)
Dinner was @ 大家乐 which was the Hk's version of fusion Chinese/Western fastfood. Eunice loves the billboards in Hk, but nothing matches this running advert of Kwon Sang Woo 권상우 for Samsung. Manda & i were swooning (much to fi's dismal) but oh MAN!!!
Post Dinner it was back to 波鞋街 for fi's adidas & for me to complete my 臭豆腐 challenge. All i can say is, whoever invented it sick. this is what i call SICK FOOD. (and guess what, fiona enjoyed it very much.) TALK about WEIRD.....
More digusting food. On the left, some animal's tongue and right is chicken claws and I'd leave you with that.
